Our High Performance bore kits are available in a wide variety of sizes and configuartions. We offer kits for GENUINE XTREME Engines along with most XR50/70® and CRF50/70®style engines as well as many Chinese "clones"!
Kits start from as simple as a Big Bore Cylinder, Piston Kit and gaskets up to a comprehensive Kit with Carburetor,Intake, HP head, Performance Cam and more! (PLEASE NOTE!! Big Bore Kit contents will vary between applications, Photo is not representative of any one particular kit.)
High Compression engines will require the use of Premium Pump Gasoline or Race Fuel to prevent detonation and catastropic engine failure. Use of regular fuel and/or lean mixtures will result in burned pistons.
Also be aware that if you are installing these kits on an engine with electric start, you must mill the bottom of the cylinder to clear the starter motor. See pictures of the modified cylinder by clicking on the links below.
